About Dr. La Toya Davis
I am an Oracle and spiritual teacher with nearly 25 years of practice rooted in energy
work, spirit, and universal law.
My work is conscious liberation: helping people identify and detach from the ancestral, societal, and karmic programs that have been running their lives, so they can reconnect with their true self and operate from their soul’s authority.
I do not fix people. I help them see what has been running them. Once you see the
program, you can stop living it.
The Akashic Records and ancestral healing are my gateways into this work. Universal law is the foundation I teach from. But the goal is always the same: helping you move from victim consciousness to co-creator consciousness, from inherited limitations to soul-level authority.

The ASK Framework
A diagnostic tool for identifying the three types of programming running your life: Ancestral (inherited lineage patterns), Societal (cultural conditioning), and Karmic (soul-level agreements and cycles). Once we identify which programs are active, we know where to focus.
The SHIFT Protocol
A 5-step methodology for complete transformation: Survey (assess what is running), Highlight (identify the root), Illuminate (bring awareness), Forge (create new pathways), Transform (integrate and embody). This ensures transformation is complete, not just intellectual.

How I Came to This Work
I spent years running programs I did not know I was running. I built what I was told would bring fulfillment. The career. The marriage. The life that looked right. And still, something did not fit. I was shrinking to keep others comfortable. Putting my needs last because that is what I was taught women do. Making decisions from fear patterns I inherited from generations before me.
My divorce was the catalyst. Not because my life fell apart, but because it forced me to ask: what is actually running me? That question led me into ancestral wisdom, soul-level records, and the spiritual traditions that became my life’s work.
Over the past two decades, I have immersed myself in the study of metaphysics, neuroscience, and ancient spiritual systems. I have written books, trained practitioners, and guided 1,000s of women through their own conscious liberation. Now I hold space for women who sense what I once sensed: that the life they are living is not fully theirs.

Beyond the Work
I bring all of who I am to this work. Here is what shapes me outside the sessions and stages.
Mother
I am raising two daughters who are the embodiment of Black girl joy. They are the reason I fight for women to stop shrinking, use their voice, and take up space without apology. I am breaking programs so they do not inherit them.
Water
The ocean is my reset. There is something about being near water that clears
interference and restores what needs restoring. It is where I return to myself.
Travel
Experiencing new places, cultures, and histories expands how I see the world and myself. Travel has taught me that there are always more ways to live than the ones we were handed. It is one of the fastest ways to disrupt inherited programming.
Dance
I started dancing at two, teaching at fifteen, and owned a dance studio by twenty-three. Though I have traded ballet and jazz for African diasporic dance, movement remains central to how I process, express, and embody. The body knows what the mind is still figuring out. Integration happens through the body, not just the intellect.
